This is a page of work that I did before transition. Some people go back through all the references to themselves and try to get them changed from their deadname to their new name, but I decided that would be more work than I really cared to put into my name change. I'm not secretive about being trans, so for me I don't see any professional down side in allowing people to know my previous name, what I looked like, and what I sounded like. I'd rather just share that information then have someone think that they are being clever by digging it up. In addition, while it's not impossible to get my name changed on written work I've done in the past, it's not like I can undo all the times I've said on video, "Hello! I'm Lisha Sterling and..."
